or a nautical or beach wedding.

You can use simple Lilly Pulitzer accents or you can go full blown Lilly.

First Week back to college Recap!

Last week was my first week of school, as you know. For only being there a week so far this year, I'm learning quite a bit. I have Accounting, Marketing, Speech, Math, and Business Computer. 

The things I'm learning though, are more life lessons right now.

Like:

What I SHOULD have remembered to get for college.

Hello, my name is Diana, and I have a problem.

My problem is, I am an addict.

An addict with a VERY costly taste. 

Drinkware.

I collect it. 

Scared ya, didn't I?

If it's pretty, if it's pink, if it's got bows or patterns, I MUST own it. 

If it's got a straw, a monogram, a lid and can be bought in the form of a mason jar, I NEED it. 

Need to get me a present?

My initials are DHR. Soon, they will be DBR,

And so you know,

My favorite color is pink, I love bows, I love quatrefoils and chevron.

Desktop Organizers!

The other day while I was reading my blogroll, I came across the most brilliant idea anyone ever had:
A way to organize desktop icons. 

I never even bothered putting icons on my screen because I HATED the clutter and how ugly it looked. I hated all of the lines and bundles and overall panic. 

When I came across a post on iheartorganizing from her team member at Pretty Fluffy, I couldn't stand not making one of these beautiful desktop organizers.

I even have some right here for you to use and if the labels don't suit you, you can easily go open it on paint and change them to whatever you want in what font and colors you want! 

I made these entirely on paint with some lovely help from Lilly Pulitzer's desktop backgrounds!

I'm not going to lie, Lilly is my total fave!

I am so ultimately in love with all of these bright and happy prints and colors!

Lilly Pulitzer, Vera Bradley, and Thirty-One take the cake when it comes to completely adorable designs and colors. Isn't it amazing how just seeing color can brighten your day?

Lilly Pulitzer Garden Party!

 Last week, my sister, mother, and I went to the Lilly Pulitzer Garden Party to celebrate the opening of a Lilly apparel line downtown. There were the cutest little Lilly inspired treats, including Lilly Lemonade! 

The clothes were simply the cutest. Not only are they classic, but super colorful and adorable!

OH! And see those beautiful tumblers and mugs?!

 And I am also super in love with those scalloped shorts! 

 I even, scored this beautiful notebook!

I CAN NOT WAIT for the planners to come out!
